Our Birthday Blend XV is a celebration of precision and craftsmanship, achieved through the meticulous process of post-roast blending. Unlike traditional blends where beans are mixed before roasting, each component of this blend is roasted individually to its optimum profile. The rich, syrupy Indonesian Sumatran and the vibrant Colombian La Manuela are masterfully roasted separately, allowing their unique characteristics to fully develop.
Afterward, these distinct coffees are carefully combined (post-blended) to create a cup that highlights the best of both origins with clarity and complexity. This process offers us unparalleled control over body, acidity, and sweetness, enabling a harmonious yet dynamic flavour profile impossible to achieve with pre-blended roasting.
Together, these elements create the indulgent and celebratory flavour profile of Dark Honey, Belgian Chocolate, and Vanilla Caramel.
