Delivery & Returns
Once we receive your order we’ll endeavour to deliver it to you swiftly so you can enjoy your coffee as freshly roasted as possible. Here's what to expect.
Orders - UK Mainland
Your coffee will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days.
As of March 2020, delivery is free :-)
Delivery is complimentary for all coffee subscriptions.
Your coffee will be delivered on the 1st of each month, starting from the month after you place your order.
Europe and International
We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK mainland. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Returns - Coffee
If you change your mind and wish to return your order, we will provide a full refund or exchange for any item(s) provided that you return them within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Coffee must be in its original packaging and remain fully sealed. Please note that delivery charges cannot be refunded.
Returns - Masterclasses
If you wish to cancel a Masterclass booking, we will provide a full refund or exchange, provided that you inform us of the cancellation no less than 48 hours prior to the date of the course. To cancel a booking please contact us.
How to return your item/s
If you wish to return any item/s you have purchased from us, please contact us, stating your order number and the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will reply with a returns form, along with instructions on how to return your item/s. Once we receive your return we'll then process it accordingly.
