Dimora
Notes: Honey / Milk Chocolate / Caramel

Our flagship house blend, Dimora is a beautifully balanced coffee roasted light to medium to highlight its natural sweetness while avoiding bitterness. The espresso offers rich milk chocolate with bright acidity, and with milk, it finishes with a luxurious honeyed sweetness.
Alba
Notes: Peanut Butter / Malt / Toffee Apple
Origin: Nicaragua, Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia
Roast: Medium
Alba is a rich, syrupy blend roasted carefully to preserve sweetness and avoid bitterness. Its full-bodied flavour makes it the perfect base for cappuccinos or lattes.
Terreno
Notes: Hazelnut / Dark Cocoa
Origin: Brazil, Colombia, Indonesia
Roast: Dark
Terreno is a dark, full-bodied espresso with a velvety crema. Bold and traditional, it’s ideal for a morning kick or for anyone who loves classic coffee flavours.
Sorella
Notes: Dark Chocolate Truffle / Granny Smith Apple
Origin: EMURSA, San Alberto, Colombia
Roast: Light
Sorella, meaning sister in Italian, celebrates the women of EMURSA, who cultivate this single-origin coffee using chemical-free practices. The result is a beautifully balanced cup with notes of dark chocolate truffle, crisp Granny Smith apple, and a clean cocoa finish.
Sereno
Notes: Spice / Milk Chocolate / Lemon
Origin: Finca La Laja, Mexico
Roast: Medium
Sereno is our single origin decaf, gently decaffeinated using the Mountain Water Process to preserve its natural character. Expect rich dark chocolate, subtle warm spices, and a bright, zesty lift. Smooth and balanced, Sereno delivers the full depth of our house coffees without caffeine, perfect any time of day.
