At Carrara Coffee Roasters, quality has always been at the heart of everything we do, from the beans we source to the coffee you enjoy. We are proud to announce that our commitment to excellence has been officially recognised with the BRCGS Food Safety and Traded Goods Grade A Certification, the world’s highest food safety standard.
This achievement also makes Carrara Coffee Roasters the only coffee roaster in the Midlands to hold this prestigious accreditation. It reflects the hard work, dedication and integrity of our entire team.
A Year of Preparation and Dedication
Earning BRCGS certification does not happen overnight. Over the past 12 months, our team has worked tirelessly to review, strengthen and formalise every process within our roastery and warehouse operations.
Following an intensive 19-hour on-site audit, Carrara Coffee Roasters and our sister company Select Catering Solutions were awarded Grade A status, the highest possible rating under the BRCGS Global Standard for Food Safety.

Businesses are audited annually by accredited certification bodies, with unannounced audits every three years to ensure accountability and transparency.
