Introducing Vanilla Skies, our summer seasonal blend inspired by carefree afternoons, ice creams melting in the sun, and long summer days stretching softly into the evening.
Of course, this is Britain, so whether summer arrives with blazing sunshine or a surprise rain shower is anyone's guess. That's why Vanilla Skies was designed to shine however you choose to brew it, equally at home as a comforting morning espresso or poured over ice on the warmest day of the year.
Blending naturally processed Pacamara from Nicaragua with Colombia’s innovative Natural Ice process, this coffee is expressive and vibrant while maintaining clarity, structure, and balance throughout the cup.
As an espresso or filter coffee, soft bubble gum sweetness opens the cup before unfolding into layers of ripe cherry and red fruit. A crisp acidity and silky body keep the profile bright and lifted, while gentle vanilla notes emerge as the coffee cools, bringing softness and a smooth, lingering finish.
With milk, the profile becomes rich and rounded, opening into flavours of vanilla ice cream, ripe cherry, and soft bubble gum sweetness, reminding us of long summers spent enjoying Screwball ice creams as children.

Vanilla Skies & Tonic Recipe
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 1 Lime (for juice and garnish)
- 150ml Tonic Water
- Vanilla Skies - Espresso Double Shot
- Straw (optional)
Instructions:
- Pull a double shot of espresso (over ice to cool slightly).
- Fill a serving glass with ice.
- Pour 150 ml of tonic water over the ice.
- Squeeze a wedge of lime over the tonic water.
- Slowly and gently pour the cooled espresso over the tonic water and ice to create a layered effect.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
- Serve immediately, with a straw if desired.
