Origin Story

A harmonious marriage of two distinct coffee origins - Zongolica, Mexico, and the Mshewe Region, Tanzania.

In Zongolica, Mexico, the coffee is nurtured by the skilled hands of women farmers. Their commitment to the craft and the land results in a coffee that not only embodies the essence of the region but also carries the empowering energy of these dedicated farmers. Meanwhile, in the Mshewe Region of Tanzania, the high-altitude fields contribute to a coffee with a character as rich and diverse as the landscape itself.

Together, the Mexican and Tanzanian beans create a blend that captures the spirit of the season, making it the perfect antidote for those cold dark winter days.

Roastery & Brewing Notes

In our roastery, the Tempo Winter Blend comes to life, blending the warmth of Mexican coffee farmed by women with the boldness of Tanzanian beans. The cup unfolds with notes of bright orange peel, adding a zesty kick to the rich tapestry of flavours. Complementing this, is the sweet essence of dried fruit, creating a symphony that resonates with the season.

The blending process involves carefully selecting beans from both origins, each processed with precision to accentuate its unique qualities. The result is a blend that revitalises, helping to banishing those winter blues.
