This washed coffee comes from the Mshewe region of Tanzania, where the coffee plants grow at an altitude of around 1,500 meters. We have roasted this coffee to a light to medium roast level to bring out the unique flavours and aromas of the beans. The aroma of this coffee is floral and fruity, with notes of citrus and berries. This washed coffee has a bright and crisp flavour, with a delicate sweetness and a lively acidity that is typical of Tanzanian coffees.
