For our latest Tempo, which is our seasonal blend, we have created a complex coffee using two individual green beans from Colombia and Ethiopia. Both coffees are Arabica beans of the washed process and produce a nice balance of acidity, sweetness, and body.
We have chosen a light roast for this blend. This is because we want you to experience the full potential of the flavours and experience a clean cup. The notes are incredibly flattering of each other and provide a sweet citrus and floral enjoyment with medium acidity, quintessential of beans from the Americas.
