Dimora / Alba / Vivace / Terreno
Dimora is our house blend at Carrara which we are extremely proud of. It is a beautifully balanced, versatile coffee that can be brewed with any method. It is roasted on the lighter side of medium, being carefully balanced to avoid any bitter flavours, allowing the sweetness to come through. The espresso has a rich milk chocolate taste with bright acidity and when milk is added there is a luxurious honey sweetness finish.

Alba is a rich blend with a syrupy body. During roasting, we are careful not to take the roast too dark to ensure there is no bitterness, whilst keeping enough of the sweetness to provide the perfect base for a cappuccino or latte.

Vivace is our brighter fresher light roast espresso blend. We have designed this coffee for the modern day espresso blend. Perfect for the flat white fan. Sweet and vibrant in milk, juicy and bright when enjoyed black. Roasted on the light side to encourage the rich and fruity flavours to come through. At the start of the cup is rich raisin fruit notes that give the coffee a nice depth of body, leaving a balanced and clean finish of butterscotch and toasted pine nuts.

Terreno is a dark roast, full-bodied espresso with a velvety crema. This is a perfect coffee to give you that morning kick, or for the person who simply enjoys a traditional coffee taste.
